I very rarely cook it but a British or Irish fry up.

In this country I do Eggs Benedict a lot but only at the weekend once a month or so.

During the week if I'm interested I do half and half Raisin Bran Crunch and half fruit and yoghurt Special K with skimmed milk. And a nice cup of PG Tips.

What I actually eat daily: 3 over easy eggs, toast, lots of hot sauce , Tabasco or any kind really, milk and an apple.
