Foods you can eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner

Pho noodle soup, apparently it is more of a breakfast thing in Vietnam, well either way I could do it any time of day (also with the Viet waitresses at my favourite restaurant)

Nah, Type 1 is genetic, and for Type 2 genetic too and mostly being overweight/inactive are the main risks.

You can eat plain white sugar all day if you want, if you do not overeat for your activity level you are ok. Type of the food has almost zero influence on getting diabetes.

I was just at Costco's pre-packed food section and for the first time, saw maybe what was fried chicken + giant waffles. Food court also may have had calzones.

Types of food have almost zero influence???? I'll agree over consuming is the main problem but sorry but I'll disagree on the other, because you're going to have a very difficult time getting diabetes with a fat and protein diet.....
