Foods you can eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner

Types of food have almost zero influence???? I'll agree over consuming is the main problem but sorry but I'll disagree on the other, because you're going to have a very difficult time getting diabetes with a fat and protein diet.....
I oversimplified on purpose to get to the point. But it really has much smaller influence what you eat macro-nutrition wise.

You can get diabetes with any macro pattern, like fat/protein only diet, the same as with carbs in diet, no difference there. Diabetes is 90%+ a consequence of being obese/inactive for whatever reason. (outside of genetics).

Knew a poor Oz guy that, was an active surfer, kept fit, definitely not over weight, good balanced diet, kept passing out, discovered diabetes..... Poor guy definitely genetics.....

Nutritionaly I don't see food types and time of the day be a thing. I might eat meat rice veggies for late breakfast. I can eat eggs before bad. Or anything at any time. More looking at not having something difficult to digest before bad like raw veggies aka a salad or a cooked meal right before training. So anything anytime. Dark chocolate before bed is also dumb, it wakes you up.

I guess certain sandwiches fit the bill. Salmon and cream cheese for instance. It's a win at any time of the day. :)
