I rarely drink these days and never alone, but when I do...

Full disclosure: I’ve been too cheap to replenish my Mac ‘18 since it ran out 2 years ago. If I drank more, maybe I would have already bought a new bottle. It is crazy delicious.

Mine is a combination drink.

Take an ice cube tray and pour coffee in it to make coffee cubes. Pour 2~3ounces of Baileys in there, along with 1 ounce of vanilla vodka. Drop in 3~4 of the coffee cubes. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes to let the cubes melt a little bit. Then sit back and enjoy.

Alternately, if you don't have an ice cube tray, but instead an ice cube maker on your fridge, substitute 1 once of Baileys for 1 ounce of Kahlua with regular ice cubes.
