Lol- tested like what? We just saw a better version of an over committing / bar room telegraphed hay making/power puncher in Costa. Chuck was awesome in other areas which helped build the first ridiculous rabid fan base that aided ( a long with tuf) the take off of the UFC. Chuck was NEVER some pound for pound mma great.

I do think Israel is a more natural controller of distance, Anderson played up that aspect with the Matrix showboating but the reality is he always had trouble offensively against grapplers.

Andersons key strenght was actually more his front foot offence, how dangerous and varied it was.
