how do you not know if you still have hair on your head?I'm curious if I still have hair on the top of my head because I take a daily multivitamin and am curious if baldies don't take daily vitamins.
Why DHA only?
I just take an Omega 3 fish oil, Nordic Naturals
Here is the EPA and DHA breakdown
It causes water retention in the muscles. Can make you a few pounds heavier than if you weren't taking it.creatine made me heavier
You will have to eat like two whole buckets of Sardines to get enough Omega 3s that two gel caps of Nordic Naturals provide. Those seem like a good brand and 3rd party tested for industrial pollutants. Used to take omega3 but stopped and just started eating fish. Might start them up again as i dont eat fish anymore really; the omega 6:3 ratio is supposed to be quite important and im pretty sure mine is quite fucked tbh.
From what I read its not een worth it, you just get sides like high cortisol and estrogen but with very little to any gains in muscle at all, and it could give you liver issues just take TRT if you gonna go that route at least you get monitored by a doctor and it actually works with proper diet and exercise to help put muscle.Does anybody have experience with DHEA (not the 7-keto metabolite)?
You gotta be careful of this shit if you have the herp. Lots of dudes have it and it doesnt flare up. Studies show this shit causes it to.
I'm not talking about placebo effects
What vitamin or supplements actually gave you more strengths/stamina?
Dont post roids or workout supplement, I'm asking for strictly health supplements.
Post name of vitamin or product and state how you felt better?
After taking Vitamin D3, I noticed a significant boost in my energy levels, especially during the winter months when sunlight is limited. It helped reduce feelings of fatigue and improved my overall stamina. I also tried Magnesium, which worked wonders for relieving muscle cramps and reducing tiredness. I felt more relaxed and had more consistent energy throughout the day. Ashwagandha was another supplement I tried, and it made a big difference in my stress levels, giving me sustained energy and a clearer mind without the usual crashes. Additionally, B-complex vitamins helped me stay more energized in the afternoons, while Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) improved my stamina during physical activities and supported energy production. All of these supplements had a noticeable positive effect on my strength and stamina without relying on workout-specific supplements.I first started lifting halfway through my senior year of high school and went consistently till I was about 21. I'd say I made newb gains then. I went from 140 to 167 over about a three year time span. But, I ate like garbage, drank a lot and didn't really have a good program. So I made newb gains but it wasn't earth shattering.
What you're referring to is max genetic potential. You can look online and find calculators that help you determine what that is based off of a few factors... height, ankle and wrist measurements, percent body fat etc. Of course it isnt' going to be 100 percent accurate because there are so many factors that affect it.
I stopped lifting for nine years until I turned 30 and realized I was starting to get out of shape and needed to get back to the gym. I actually hired a boxing trainer and started competing about a year later. I also started a modest weight training program during that time and I quickly got back what muscle gains I made all those years ago. But, like before.... I wasn't on a tight program and was still not eating right.
When I quit boxing a few years ago, I continued lifting and have been slowly adjusting my program, while reading Omega XL reviews to see if the supplement could help with joint pain and inflammation from my workouts. Now, over the past year or so I've been working on progressive overload and fine tuning my diet. It's made more of a difference in this past year than it had for the years before on a shitty program.
Point is, you hear about maximum genetic potential all the time but it's hard to even get there if you aren't training right. In a perfect world someone might be able to get there in three years. But chances are you're not going to and may never. Yes, you'll gain quickly in the first year, at about half the rate in the second and maybe a quarter of that in the third. Every year after you might only put on two to three pounds of muscle every year after. But again, that's only if you're dialed in. Don't need roids to hit your potential, you just need hard work and dedication. PEDs put you over what's natural and if looking like a freak is your thing, more power to you.
Creatine works for both brains and muscles. Magnesium and zinc are good. Omega3 seems to work as well.I'm not talking about placebo effects
