What vitamin or supplements actually worked for you?

I'm not talking about placebo effects

What vitamin or supplements actually gave you more strengths/stamina?

Dont post roids or workout supplement, I'm asking for strictly health supplements.

Post name of vitamin or product and state how you felt better?
Steak. Manliness increased continuously.

I take D, B complex, fish oil, Milk Thistle, and Magnesium. I am currenty fighting high blood glucose, most likely from BP meds I take so I am looking for something for that. Beet supplements just gave me stomach aches.

D-Helps with energy and helps absorption of everything else.
B-Helps blood circulation, liver, cardiovascular health, energy.
Milk Thistle-Liver. Great for people who drink or are on meds.
Fish Oil--Raises good Cholesterol, good for joints, heart.
Magnesium--Helps me sleep, hopefully lowers blood glucose.

Creatine is legit. I can train a bit harder and do an extra rep, or two when I am lifting and grappling.

One period of time I was taking whey protein with milk powder, fruit, and yogurt. Or with whey and milk powder with oatmeal and hot chocolate LOL. I was lifting a lot while doing manual labor and when I took my shirt off one time. And everybody was accusing me of taking steroids <36>

Psyllium husk. It will make you shit a nice one everyday. No placebo whatsoever the proof is in your toilet bowl

-collagen for gut health and sleep
-glutamine for gut health
-vit D for literally everything
-creatine
-methylated B vitamins

I've never really noticed much from multivitamins. Hard tablets that don't digest well filled with the cheapest and least bioavailable ingredients....you're just making expensive pee at the end of the day.

I took some arginine in my 20s just to see what it would do. Not sure if it was because I was seeing a new girl or the arginine but I've never produced ropes like that in my entire life.

Got the COVID vaccine and next day was feeling miserable and heart beating very fast. Took a iron supplement since that seemed to help before with heart stuff along with B complex and felt better with less fast beating. Next time, I'm gonna pre-emptively take iron along with Gatorade and dark chocolate, potato wedges for potassium. I read iron is necessary for immune system function. My guess is heart beating extra fast to get more nutrients where needed.

Next day felt much better and closer to normal. Shoulder nowhere as sore moving it around.

A lot of these posts don’t mention whether or not there are underlying conditions. Might even be unbeknownst to you.

Have you guys tested for :

B12
Iron
Ferritin
Test

Etc ?

When I was around 19-20 I was under extreme stress as I just bought a condo, my brother and father lived out of the country and couldn’t help out financially, my mother was an alcoholic and addicted to cocaine so I was looking out for her and trying to help her(she’s sober and great now) but I was pretty damn broke and was so stressed I had no appetite but could feel my body almost dying in a way, I owe a lot to drinking BOOSTS, I don’t drink them anymore and haven’t for well over a decade, but the nutrition and energy it gave me basically saved me, I know it could’ve been other food but that’s what did it.
I also think they were different when I was drinking them, hope they’re still good.
