What vitamin or supplements actually worked for you?

@dissectingaorticaneurysm and @1rawdog put me onto Omega 3 fish oils a while back.

So I decided to try Fish oil they told me just do your research and get quality brands, so I bought Nordic Naturals fish oil.

My headaches are gone, and I feel more clear and it helped with my Anxiety I was getting some crazy panic attacks. Only thing I dont like is it made my skin oily especially on my face and im Acne prone.

But overall its pretty good but I think its the quality that counts, if you take those cheap ass fish oil that are rancid or low grade like I used before that I got at Walmart they did nothing for me other than give me fish burps thats why I stopped taking them years ago.

Nordic Naturals is the real deal, and its quality really shows, though it’s a bit pricey and rarely on sale. I was given a one-time 45 percent off coupon at Vitamin Shoppe and planned to order a few bottles online to pick up in-store, but as highlighted on https://www.nugenixopinions.com/ , coupons typically don’t apply to Nordic Naturals or other pharmaceutical-grade supplements. Even so, the effectiveness of the brand makes it worth the investment.
Nordic Naturals is a high-quality fish oil, and it’s not surprising that it helped with your headaches, clarity, and anxiety compared to cheap, low-grade options. The oily skin is a common side effect, especially if you’re acne-prone, but the benefits often outweigh this. Taking the capsules with meals or trying a triglyceride form can sometimes help reduce skin issues. While expensive and rarely on sale, the effectiveness of a premium brand like Nordic Naturals usually makes it worth it over low-quality alternatives.

Psyllium husk. Guaranteed to make you shit better which just helps health in general I believe.

Also the neti pot. I had horrible allergies as a kid was always taking allergy medicine and still had them bad, itchy nose, sinus headaches, all of it. ,a few years in my 20s of religiously using the neti pot stopped my allergies. I still use the neti pot from time to time but not much anymore, and I haven't had allergy symptoms or taken medicine in years.

I also drink apple cider vinegar w honey every morning because my grandpa did. I rarely get sick and I believe its the apple cider vinegar. My grandpa lived into his mid 90s, at home, never got sick, had all his mental faculties and took care of himself til the day he died.

Balance of Nature. Its like 50 bucks a.month (not cheap but not crazy) take the capsules ( just fruits and veggies) and within 2 weeks you will feel difference everything will feel better and more energy. I swear by it its been a gsme changer for me since I started.

Find at any Wal Mart or Target

creatine only proven supp to actually work IMO. got some great gummies for that.
but yea a shot of apple cider vinegar and collagen every day.

I worked two fulltime jobs on this.

Definitely noticing a difference when I make a point to eat/drink foods that have significant amount of potassium and less salt.

It's time to start nagging companies to use less salt. I want canned chili, but way too much fooking salt. I feel like these take out food places have any jackass cooking without regard for how much salt they use.

Potassium can be a salt 🙃

That's food corpos telling you to do ironman events.

psyllium husk easy way to get most of my fiber in daily without having to eat tons of beans or pears. I like both but its easy to just drink a glass of that. I can eat 40 gramms of fibre without adding hundreds of calories to my intake. Though its probably 50-50 as i get about 20 from husk and 20 from other food. Its the only supplement i take if you can call it that since its natural.

Great bowels but my toilet hates me.

Same here. When I'm off sugar and taking Balance of Nature I have so much more energy.
