SizeOn, champion nutrition pure whey, multi-vitamin, and considering taking fish oil. Anyone know any good brands of fish oil that's low on Vit A?

I drink Ionized water as well :).. and oh yeah, berries for that extra antioxidant power!~

I don't totally rely on these supps though, must accompany all this with food!!
 
I don't really take anything. I used to take many supplements but I question the validity of them all. Eveyone takes fish oil but here's an idea, eat fish a few times a week, no? This isn't to say I will never take any again but I question the absorption the breakdown in the bloodstream etc. I could be wrong though.
