What supplement are you using?

I'm curios on what the majority are using here.

I hear a lot of good things about Whey Protein. But before I heard about it, I bought a big bottle of Max Protein-Explosive amino acid blend as the sales person at GNC recommended it.

Is it just as good? I hope so since it was expensive.
 
I take whey protein post work out, casein protein before I go to sleep, a multi-vitamin, and Greens+. I'm considering taking fish oil.

I haven't heard about that specific product, but you can post the ingredients list if you like. You will find most people supplement with protein, fish oil and greens or a multivitamin. BCAA's, ZMA, creatine and beta alanine are also popular.

Currently taking beta-alanine, creatine, protien power, a multi and fish oil.
 
fish oil, whey, multi-vit, zma, calcium, vitamen e, taurine, vit-b complex, creatine, beta-alanine, pineapple and papaya enzymes, join support stuff,
 
Whey protein, multi vit, fish oil, creatine, caffeine tablets - no fancy stuff for me.
Although, I'm gonna give Beta Alanine a go sometime in the near future. Only reason I haven't already is partly cost (not that it's mega expensive) and the fact that I general feel good during workouts anyway. My focus is more on recovery but having read the Beta Alanine thread, it's only a matter of time until I conform.

BCAA, EAA, Ashwagandha, Fish Oil, Resvrtrol, ALC, Green teaa, protein.
 
Creatine, beta alanine, BCAAs, multi, fish oil and Greens+. At night, ZMA and GABA.

On this forum, I don't even think you can consider "whey" a supplement. More like a staple.

In other words, don't consider fish oil, take it.
