Creatine, whey, casein, milk, animal pak, greens+, fish oil, no xplode, D-Bol, Vitamin C, Glutamine, viagra, joint boost, purple wraath, ZMA, HMB, other than that, maybe a few protein bars here and there, but that's about it.
 
Whey protein(gonna try ON nitro core 24 next), Glucosamine, Fish Oil, Multivitamin, Creatine, and Purple wraath

Just started on the purple wraath about a month ago and I love it. It seems my muscle endurance and stamina during my runs and my grappling have increased and I recover very quickly, if I even get tired. Will any beta alanine and BCAA product have the same effects as the purple wraath? I was thinking of buying them separate in bulk and saving money.

multi vit, fish oil, vitamin C, calcium (lactose intolerant), and i drink unsweetened black tea (not for benefits, but for taste lol, but i put it cause some people are putting down green tea)

i eat my proteins. no pills or powders there.
 
I Eat lots of lean red meat and chicken which is why i don't take a protein supplement but i do use creatine monohydrate everyday i just mix it with water and drink it first thing in the morning (red meat has creatine but in very small amounts) and i take two fish oil capsules after every meal to promote fat loss and get some of my good fats into my diet and i also use the given multi-vitamin with no DV over 100% on any vitamin, mineral etc and thats about it... :D

Fish Oil changed my life. Lowered my Cholesterol, and after a year of taking 1000 mgs a day of the essential fatty acids, I have eliminated joint pain. And I drink Whey post workout.
