What knife did you carry today?

It's only a 3.25 inch blade. It's the smaller version of the zt300 which is an absolute beast.

This one is about as heavy as I can go on an edc blade. It's just under 6 oz. the other knock I have against it is that the pocket clips is incredibly tight, combine that with the g10 scales and youre going to have some mangled pockets. I'll admit, I bought it for the coolness factor mostly.

A lighter comparable model to this one would probably be the Emerson mini commander.

Usually the cheap one on the bottom lately. The gerbers have seen better days. I'd like to invest in a nice knife soon as these are nothing special.

I sold my 5.11 Tarani Karambit today :(. I sold the folder to buy the fixed blade.

I spent more than I should have recently on a dpx gear HEST 2.0, I got it mostly because I like the bottle opener built into the blade. The ridge in the spine of the blade also works as an emerson wave kind of feature.

I watched Nutnfancy's review on that one. What's all the controversy surrounding that knife? He talks about it briefly during the review but doesn't really go into detail?

I EDC a PE spyderco dragonfly, in h1 steel, a good combination between size, steel and "friendly to non-knife people"

I had a regular dragonfly that I lost. Great office knife and definitely people friendly.

These three are in my EDC rotation. Top to bottom: SOG Twitch ll, CRKT M16 02Z, Buck Nobelman Ti.

5.11 Tanto Surge
CRKT Dragon

I usually carry these two when I go camping, but my every day carry knife is a Kershaw Ram, probably the best folding knife I have ever used.

You guys got me to buy the Kershaw leek, came out of the box sharp enough to shave with. :icon_chee

Edit: and one of these, Glock field knife 78 blade was smaller then I expected.

The leek is a classic edc blade. VERY easy to sharpen as well.

Bought an SOG Mini Aegis today. Been carrying that. Got a but tired of lugging my Trident around, gets in the way of my Glock and scratches my nice leather holster. Aegis fits in mini hip pocket.

Not sure what kind of knife this is, but my Dad just brought me this from Germany. Pretty sharp and feels hefty. Stiff though. What can you put to make it open easier? WD-40? Rem. Oil?

It's a little dirty, but I just got this knife back from a friend (I left it in his car years ago).
Not sure what the markings mean.

This is a surprisingly good little multipurpose tool, I have had others in the past, but this one is acceptable quality. Mine is an older model, but serves various purposes like a champ. I like reliability the most in all things, so far so good.

Ive also got one of these, excellent quality knife. The finish has really took a hit, but I am unsure what happened to it before it arrived to me. Still a champ though. (both stock images, but close representations.)
