What is your honest opinion on Mark Rippetoe?

BTW it was the qualifying total for the open division. Not masters which is much lower than 1500. Do you want to keep going or do you want to go back to doing round back deadlifts without being able to do much of anything else?

That is exactly what I was referring to you moron.
Well you really proved your point I guess. I love how you say things like, "national level powerlifters use 5x5" without giving examples or how much the lifter weighs.

Conveniently checks up on me to pick apart me trying to have a discussion with somebody else. Doesn't even respond to this

I was starting to like you for a second but then realized you are a freaking clown.

Tbh I'm still trying to catch up to your bench.

I am bringing that liquid diet all day except one meal. Working two 90 min HIIT session a day Greg Plitt special.

I feel like I must shoulder full responsibility to keep pokerandbeer in line since Jim has effectively retired from the forum.

No you are dead wrong there. I can train poorly for 20 years and never become more than a novice except in my own imagination. There are definitely concrete definitions for rate of adaptation. You know this stuff you are just looking to argue now.
No there is not concrete definitions and you saying there doesn't make it true. There isn't a universally agreed definition of a intermediate lifter. Some people use your definition, but a lot don't. Your opinion isn't a fact.

Your first post. Then you got called out because you had obviously posted something here at some point and then you said you never trained. You came into a thread and called everyone unfit and lazy when you don't actually even train at all. The average gym goer who does random workouts from instagram and walks on a treadmill for their warmup does more fitness and cardio than you do in a month by your own admission.

I don't care either way, I am just making fun of you for being that person talking shit from the sidelines. Plenty of people have come into this forum and done it over the years. I am just giving you back the same as what you did.

I called everyone unfit ? Nah I said powerlifters are fat and don´t got cardio. Which obviously just sometimes is true, more like some people, it was more of a joke.

Hey were not enemies. Have a good day Maximus. I´m going to the gym later finally got a lot of time today.

Of course you're "not enemies" because you're the same person. Quit arguing and then trying to make up with yourself bro - you're not fooling anyone on here.
