I keep her and Sherdog as far away from each other as possible. This is where I come to vent about her lol. I dont need her discovering any of the threads I've made about her.

My favorite type of pasta dishes are usually stuffed types of pasta. My fav individual pasta dish I’ve ever had was this rabbit rigatoni dish at Botegga in Napa. Super tender meat alongside mushrooms and just a really well made pasta.

I'm a simple man. Either Spaghetti with a meat sauce or Chicken Alfredo. Freshly made Lasgana is great also.

I've been to many, MANY Italian restaurants and my favorite pasta dish is Olive Garden's chicken scampi, but only on this one certain location in my city. The other Olive Gardens add too much lemon on theirs. I hope the chef who makes their chicken scampi there doesn't quit.

Every time we try a new Italian restaurant, I always check if they have chicken scampi and so far, none makes it better than the one from the Olive Garden I go to.

Gnocchi with meat sauce is up their 4 me.

I really enjoy a plate of Radiatore pasta with some Prego Meat Sauce and put some Parmesan with Romano & Asiago, comes out absolutely delicious

It's tough to beat a good tomato sauce. I like doing chicken broccoli Alfredo, too. Both loaded w garlic.

I most often eat ditalini w/ zucchini, peas, and onions sautéed in olive oil.

I enjoy being a dago.

I'll take a well made Cacio Pepe over any other pasta. I love Marea's Fusilli(as someone mentioned) but it's far to rich cause of the bone marrow.

I make a pretty outstanding Butternut Pumpkin and Macadamia Nut fettucini
