I just did a Wikipedia search about this meal, very interesting...i might give it a try when i will go in Argentina...

I also love indigenous foods around here and ontario. lot of quality foods, with a lot of nutrients.

They often offer me some meals after i beat them up...as a mark of respect.

Milanesas con Papas Fritas (milanesas with fries).. jeez that is glorious.

Also if you come to Argentina there is so many food to taste. Asado (barbecue) is #1 for sure... if you go north empanadas it is, if you go south then chivito and cordero patagonico.

Tourists also love our pattisserie.. and street food. I remember being with a swedish couple and they fucking loved garrapiñadas.

My gf and I were broke when we lived in a ski village. For one of her jobs she worked at a cafe and I would go in when she was closing. The first time I went to hang around while she closed, she started throwing food in the garbage, and I was like "WTF?" so I would eat a lot of stuff on the regular since she wasn't allowed to take it home.

Fast forward to the winter and the cafe had a French pastry chef. He made this ridiculous strawberry cream torte that only a small portion had been sold. I sat down and ate what remained, which was enormous, before it was to be thrown out. Probably ate 1lb of butter and about 6000 calories. That was pretty disgusting.
