Anything is possible. You could even put one of those 12' or 15' stock tank pools and build a deck around it and some seating area. Just depends on the space and how much money you want to spendI've got grill, smoker pizza oven area sorted already.
A hot tub area is a no go considering 9 months of the year the heat takes your breath away as soon as you walk outside. A cold tub maybe a thing?
A cool tub that keeps it cool is a definite thought with a gazebo type thing to keep it in the shade. Thanks.Anything is possible. Yeah you've never lived in the desert and know how I react to the heat obviously. I loved a pool in NorCal and was in it most weekends during the summer but here is a completely different story.YOU KEEP SAYING HOW HOT IT IS THERE. KNOW WHATS REAL NICE WHEN ITS HOT? A POOL THAT IS USED AS A POOL.
I am so confused. It seems so obvious what to do with that.
Are women only allowed to wrestle over the weekend?
Or completely different story bc your pool has dirt in it instead of water like the one you used to enjoy using lolYeah you've never lived in the desert and know how I react to the heat obviously. NorCal is literally the perfect climate hence years sunbathing and pool time. The desert not so much.Or completely different story bc your pool has dirt in it instead of water like the one you used to enjoy using lol
I get super uncomfortable being hot and couldnt even begin to fathom life in a desert. Love snow and bundling up in the winter.
skate ramp obviously
joking aside,
google convertin swimming pool to a pond.
it's beautiful.
I bought a house with a disused swimming pool, the previous owners or owners before that filled it in with sand. If it wasn't the hottest place on the planet I'd get it back to its former glory but even in the shade it's too hot here to get much use out of it
Probably out in the desert where its 105+ 3 months out of the year. It's too hot to go swimming? What does that even mean?
It's routinely 115f here. Even in the shade that's like a deep fat fryer bathing heat wise. It's too hot to go swimming? What does that even mean?
Try 115 which happens frequently for months.Probably out in the desert where its 105+ 3 months out of the year.
Pool becomes bath water. In order to get the water consistently under 90 degrees you usually need a sunshade with at least 80% coverage and/or a chiller that you run in the evening.
Desert does have some pros though; the first half of the winter and all of the spring is usually amazing pool weather where most of the US it's too cold.

Did you miss the part about me living in the desert next to Death Valley?
