Honestly, despite have a real long string of victories Teixeira hasn't exactly been beating quality fighters. He fought his biggest names just prior to coming to the UFC. Those were Antonio Mendes, Marvin Eastman and Ricco Rodriguez...

Now he's beaten Fabio Maldonado, and that's just barely enough to get him recognition as a borderline top 10.

Yeah, he's been smashing jobbers and fooling people into thinking he's a world beater. Hilarious how many people he's fooled into thinking he's going to knock out Rampage. :icon_lol:

I believe this is a case of wishful thinking. This has to be one of the more favorable match ups left for Rampage at 205, and he has been given little to no chance of winning by most fans. This most likely stems from the fact that he has lost his last two fights, and has not looked like the monster he used to be.
