The "never hit a woman" precept is stupid. The presupposition is that women are weaker, therefore men shouldn't hit them. But individual men are weaker than other men. The right precept is "Never hit anyone outside of a self-defense situation."

Good piece of advice is to not try interfering with a police officer as he/she is making an arrest. Another would be, put your hands on a police officer and you'll wind up getting what you deserve. No sympathy for that bitch.
