I've always wondered why we did away with the electric chair for death penalty as "cruel and unusual punishment" but then turn around and give every cop an electrocution device that has shown to be deadly in many circumstances (used improperly or suspect's medical condition/drug use). I would think electrocuting a suspect into compliance is much more cruel than using it to kill a convicted felon who got the DP.

That being said, feel bad for the kid, but this dude was a dumbass. I don't really see any reason to be tasing someone 5 times when you have multiple cops already on top of him.

I'm willing to bet you don't get high out of your mind and fight with police and resist arrest, or have multiple warrants, or are driving a stolen car or a car with no license no plates no insurance etc. Illegal guns in the car or any if the other bullshit we see in these videos that usually happens before the shooting takes place.

Oh, I'm not AGAINST justice being served in the capitol insurrectionist thread or anywhere else for that matter. Those people broke the law, messed around and now are finding out with Ray Roy and Deebo in prison. Yeah, it sucks but guess what? That's the AMERICAN prison system. The time to fight against it was before Jan 6th.

He did his duty 100% and was well respected by his peers and inmates he had watch over.

How do you know that I didn't speak out on injustices for the past 20 or 30 years?
