Cops should have to teach a years worth of children’s martial arts classes before being turned loose on the street.

It is far, far too easy to get under some of these guys skin. A bunch of rowdy eight year olds in a jiu jitsu class would have him in tears

Mini-Vic-Mackey here apparently thinks he's completely in the right here with the 'I own your house' line.

She is going to get PAID, and that Sherrif will be fired.

Looks like Cheetah was upset they were banging on his window (given the car, I get it), and partially rolled it back up. Which triggered the Officers. Guess he needed to be put in his place immediately.

How does castle doctrine apply in a situation like that where a cop illegally enters your occupied home? Can’t you just shoot the motherfucker in the head like you would any other scumbag intruder?

Given that the officer has already shown blatant disregard for the law, he’s now an armed intruder IMO and the female homeowner should be within her rights to defend herself using deadly force. Who’s to say exactly to what degree of unhinged that officer is?

Tyreek the dude who choked then punched his pregnant girlfriend in the stomach in college, broke a woman's leg at his mansion, broke his 3-year-old son's arm (etc, etc) was running his mouth and belligerent from the start. "Don't knock on my window!" Uh, that's how the police let you know to roll down your window if you haven't. The cop wasn't causing the vehicle damage.

athletes and criminals really think they are alpha dogs males or what ever and when they get stop by police that mindset and believe they have goes out of window smart athletes and criminals play submissive people but you got dumb one who wants to show and challenge who is alpha in those citations

In Fort Lauderdale, Florida, criminal defense law firm Meltzer & Bell says drivers are required to roll down their windows when they are pulled over in order to ensure smooth interaction with law enforcement.

The ACLU recommends drivers roll them down at least far enough to be able to hand over required documents – license, registration and proof of insurance – to the officer.

A blog post on Pittsburgh criminal law firm Worgul, Sarna & Ness' website says that in Pennsylvania, rolling down one’s window is not required but recommended.

“Not only does this help communication,” it says, “but rolling down your window all the way puts the officer at ease and shows them you have nothing to hide.”

If an officer asks you to roll down your window, the firm said, drivers should do so to comply.

I dont care what your opinion of Tyreek Hill is. The officer said keep your window down AFTER he started to roll the window back down and then made a threat to pull him out of the car, then just went straight to that while the window was back open, while the other goon threatebed to break it. And when the Cops opened his door he was literally in the process of undoing his seatbelt and getting out. He didnt roll it back up after being told to keep it down.

Cop: "Keep your window down or I'm gonna a pull you out out of the car...as a matter of fact get out of the car."

Compliance didnt matter. The Cop was already butt-hurt.

That being said its nice to see what allowances you give the Cops to whip someone's ass based on not liking them due to past offenses. That's a good measure of how we should judge the behavior of Cops, and particularly of a department that is rife with civil rights violations. But it's cool if a football player with any criminal history gets put in his place.
