I loved that book. I have it in my top 5 King books ever written. Interestingly, I'm currently reading a novel by his son, Joe Hill, who is a very good writer in his own right. I read Heart-Shaped Box a few years ago and liked it and just started this one the other day:Just finished 11.22.63 by King again. Such a masterpiece

what other King book would you recommend?
I think Sanderson is an incredibly engaging writer. I really do like the stormlight chronicles, but I also can’t help but roll my eyes when I think back to the big Dragon Ball Z inspired moments of the booksFinally read my first Brandon Sanderson book (Mistborn) and already started with the second.
He's great at world building and the pacing is nice but everything is a little too clean for my taste. Especially after reading six books from that cynical bastard Joe Abercrombie. Also I don't like how he is constantly explaining the magic (I'm like 700 pages in, I get it) and a lot of the characters (especially the main character) seem pretty generic so far.
It's fun and I'll finish the trilogy but it's definitely not my style.
Hey, does the Blade Itself books remain engaging in your opinion? Reading the first now. Not a fantasy fan really, so a lot of the tropes get to me, but I find Glotka to be a great character, and the main reason I keep going. Finally read my first Brandon Sanderson book (Mistborn) and already started with the second.
