What are your thoughts on Leon's title reign?

An amazing KO and post-fight speech to start off his reign, and officially managed to halt Colby's repeated title grabs for good.

He did the best he could in a division that was getting stacked tf up with devastating contenders month by month.
 
Cleared out Usman and Colby and ended the cycle of rematches we've endured for years.

He did God's work here and he'll never get the credit he deserves for doing so, given that, he's since given us the Belal era..... So i take it back, fuck'im.
 
Won't even mention GSP, not as good as Usman or close, not as good as Hughes, on par with Woodley......better than Lawler

He had to remind people who he really is with that title reign. Not sure why some thought otherwise just because of that headkick then basically looking like he has usually against Usman in the rematch. I gotta say I'm not a Belal fan but his style is a little better and he's not playing any games now that he's champ. After winning he said Shavkay was next without hesitation and that's obviously a tough fight. I don't remember how the division was playing out but Masvidal shouldn't have gotten a rematch with Usman although Usman from what I remember wasn't calling out the next in line. I won't press hard on that because I don't remember what the rankings were when Usman and Edwards were reigning but I don't remember them calling out the next man up.

Not much to say really. He handily beat Usman but cheated alot in that fight. He handily beat Colby but almost fucked the whole thing up in the 5th round.

Now he aint got shit. He doesnt inspire confidence. He could fuck up a cup of coffee.

With the amount of cheating Kamaru has done over his career, I didn't even mind it honestly.
 
He caught Usman and Colby at the end of their career, good for him.

2 title defenses and but no really amazing performances. The thing I found strange was him dismissing Belal, the rightful contender, despite the fact Leon was in the same position as him not long ago. He also liked talking a lot about moving up the divisions and fighting McGregor.

Anyone winning the UFC belt deserves alot of respect especially the guys who had to grind on the way up and defending it it also another big accomplishment.

His legacy is set he's a great fighter maybe not some all time greatest ww type but still in an elite few.
