When people think of high paying careers, they think of doctors, lawyers, and engineers. What are some other options you can think of that may or may not require schooling?

    My ideas:

    Veterinarian

    Airline Pilot

Airline pilot is not a high paying job anymore, at least not at first. Some of the older experienced guys make good cash, but some of the newer pilots are on food stamps. I'm not an expert on the field, just have read some articles. It's not like most people think.

Think high risk, odd hours work. Those are the higher paying jobs that most people don't want.

Those operating at high altitude, crane operator, shipping box.

Work up to a lineman with [email protected] The highest paid guys I know in my (generally poorer rural) area without a high school education are this. The other huge payday for blue collar guys is that underwater welder that Oeshon mentioned.
