I picked up this Kentucky Owl yesterday and like it quite a bit. Knob Creek 12 might be my favorite bourbon, so probably will enjoy a pour of that, maybe some Stagg or this Old Granddad 16 Year for the main event.

Yeah it’s a crazy style. Think and cheesy as hell. Super filling. Neapolitan style is actually my favorite, but I picked up some Lou Malnati’s pizza for dinner last night because it was convenient, and we got way too much and have leftovers. So that’s how that happened.
