There's really nothing more to it than that. Testing your 1RM a week before a competition is damn near suicide man...you use the comp as your day to break a PR.

Get some rest, you'll do fine.
 
thank you all for the input and I'll have a video of the lifts as well and let you all know how the comp went. Seeing that it was this site and the sherdoggers who actually got me interested and doing heavy lifting in the first place.

Based on those numbers I would open with 155kg, do 170kg on your second attempt, and go for the 185kg on your 3rd attempt.

Thanks bro sounds good, I'll mention that to my coach and see if he lets me do that because he said he'll decide what I'm doing.

thanks for the complement ciscokid, but I'm not happy with my lifts at all. But it's this unhappyness that fuels me to constantly improve and well. . . . . to keep lifting heavy. Until I hit my own personal goals in life i will never be happy to be honest or maybe when I reach them goals I wont be happy either because once I reach a goal I only want more and more lol.
