ok, so i did weighted pullups for the first time in a couple of weeks, and my traps are SUPER FUCKING sore. does this make any sense? hasnt happened before. i didnt do shurgs that day.
when you do weighted pull-ups you are forced to use all the muscles involved.. good news because its hard to get your traps really sore usually. same thing happened to me my first time and never again.
ok so this has happened to you? makes me feel better, i thought i was doign the movement wrong. i have done them plenty of times but never experience this.
