100% True! In a related story, I picked my car up at the mechanic today, and a guy was screaming at the Tech. Why you ask? He brought his car in, because he bought new bulbs, and his headlights weren't working anymore. I guess the Tech pulled it in, and determined that they were the wrong bulbs. But the guy kept arguing "No, you're wrong! I read these were the correct ones online!".
