dont get me wrong i think it does make sense but i just hope they dont create this situation like these three factions disregard their previous beliefs just because they are hard pressed to work together, much like im sure they arent superhappy helping humans aswell as human getting help from xenos

Hard to say i mean without the threat of slaneesh the de have no reason to torture as much to lengthen their own lives, the craftworld guys dont have to be so restrained and the exoites dont have to be backward savages (although i feel they were pre fall too)
The harlequins are the only ones who hav no reasson to change as their souls are safe with the laughing god

A lot of who all the factions became are a result of their fear of big s
Flipside without fear of eternal soul rape they can focus on being arrogant pricks set on restoring themselves to alpha statusbin the universe! So their human alliance is clearly temporary.....when u reflect on it we are danger number 2 to their existance (nids and necros hard on our heels though)

i read two DE books and what i got from that was that all the characters enjoy what they do, maybe because of the results of fear from Slaneesh or maybe because they still are part of the nasty side of the eldar that gave birth to slaneesh so i find it hard that they would to a 180 and stop cutting up slaves and shit

in true warhammer fashion i can see eldar trying to retake the throne as rulers of the galaxy, i mean thats basically what Biel-Tan is about, but then again humans has been just as arrogant as they have infact had they listened to the eldar before the heresy then things might have gone differently

Id say they enjoy it yeah they feed on the fear and agony so even without big s they may still want to revel in excesses...like a patient that gets well but still craves the morphine
But without the threat of slaneesh hanging over them the need for such
sheer numbers of victims goes down.

Id say in true 40k grimdark fashion many de will curb their excesses (bar the worst)but not stop, the craftworld will start to let their hair down and fuck knows what the mysterious harlequins will do....and all will ally more to try and scree mankind over

Corax is a bit of a team player though there legion has some of the smartest marines i believe next to the alpha legion(they're an interesting one to talk about)


and russ? yeah thats true, but he does like working with the white scares a lot

You know there's the theory that the Emperor atheism was a way to kill off the warp deities but that he changed his attitude; in order to protect mankind he himself had to become a warp god(and maybe he is). So if Russ comes along and starts atheistic shit he might work against the emperor's wishes.

Well we know that the Choas gods are totally fucking scared of the emperor. i mean with all of his might he banished and cleansed all of the sol system and other near by system of choas and taint. Shits pretty god damn series

Itd be interesting to see what hed do back....prob ramp up surgical strikes on imperium enemies

Russ would prob try and help his boys out after the fenris shit first then lead a large battle group somewhere

personally i would prefer them being divided as they are despite what changes they face
would be boring to fuse them to be just Eldar, humans story is so much fleshed out due to its chapters and whatnot and Eldar being divided to three factions is what keeps them interesting

you mentioed that Commoragh is being breached, is there a novel that explains this in detail?

To be honest that book was fucking awful, they made the one chapter who are experts at detecting chaos retarded and the wolves totally bitch made

Id say they are prob gonna not see eye to eye completely but id say this new working closer will remain
Its cool to see where they go with it maybe the ynead followers will become 4th faction like harlequins


The lexicum describes khaines gate events like something trying to come through and is getting closer to doing so , after the 13th crusade its started to show hairline cracks!

don't play that game but I do scale modeling, paint and weather WWII tanks, aircrafts and others.

don't do is as often as I used to, though.
