I have a bunch of friends from Guatemala. To get under their skin on like Xbox Live I call them Mexican (usually during like Battlefield or Rainbow Six games when someone fucks up royally).
Using a word isn't the issue and you guys know it. Its how you use it directed at people to make conversation on this forum. Its absurd that I really have to type out that distinction. If I were for some reason to call you a shithead or a retard, thats one thing. Calling Adrien Broner a shithead is not the same thing.

See, my group of friends they all call me Chinese racial slurs and ask how my dinner of dog was to which I respond that my Guatemalan friend is living up to his stereotype of a border jumper when he calls out from work to play video games.

Cuban exiles might as well be Argentinians when it comes to thinking themselves above the Latin American people, as they are light-skinned, told they are embattled patriots for having been given a free pass to the US for diplomatic reasons, and often come from lineages of private wealth. I have liked almost every Mexican person and Cuban person I have met. But Cuban-Americans are a whole different story. Also, they gave us Pitbull, aka Mr. Worldwide.
