Sure but I am pretty sure context is taken into account. I doubt a football player who had his ass slapped by the coach a hundred times can go out and have the coach charged after the 101st timeThe thing is though, is that there are a lot of situations where people pat others on the behind, without it necessarily being seen as a sexual thing. All you have to do is look at a lot of men's sports. Depending on the context, it can be seen as a form of teasing, or even "motivational".
None of this excuses people going out there and doing this for no reason, but I think outright grabbing a person is a little different, still, from the old "pat on the back".
In that particular video's context you could definitely see it as a degrading act, but still less degrading than someone outright grabbing her.
Probably better off for it.From my cursory search he ain't dead, so that's good at least. Nothing in the obits for his area from what I can tell. Probably just taking a sabbatical.
I hate Taylor Swift and her twig like appearance so goddamn much

Funny that they're claiming that you, one of the more radical left wing posters, is only defending Biden because he's one of your heroes. The only clip of which I am aware is that daughter on stage at that ceremony. Yeah, it was really creepy and awkward. That's not being disputed. And if a woman complains about Biden committing actions that meet the definition of sexual assault - touching of sexual body parts or of an overtly sexual nature - he should be getting indicted any time now.
I've been saying this, y'all were the ones saying otherwise some Lounge threads ago.Good lord, you're pathetic. And just gross.
I am only half joking when I say a Sharia family court would be better than the American family court.Divorce Court is also know as:
- He said she said Court
- Perjury Court
EDIT:
The shit people argue about in that courtroom and how they use their children as pawns in it disgusts me.
