So how do I cash it out to say, make a credit card payment?

Oh right... you fucking can't.
You are wrong, and your perpetual anger prevents you from understanding.

There are many uses for cryptocurrency other than investment.

Not any good ones.

And that's why the devotees will look goofy. Bitcoin doesn't fill the needs of a traditional payment processor. Until it reaches even marginal adoption in the financial and service sectors, it's always going to be in the realm of /r/wallstreetbets and drug dealers. And even the drug dealers have moved on to more secure cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin is like the "Year of Linux" at this point. Just give it a little more time...it'll be legit! This year is the one!

Millions of people use cryptocurrency as currency. Bitcoin alone has a current market capitalization of over $130 billion. It has features that make it superior to fiat for many purposes.

<YeahOKJen>

Central banks exist for a reason, and stablecoins ain't it chief.

And is 1 Bitcoin not worth 1 Bitcoin anymore? If it's so great, why are you pegging it to fiat?

Shut up you snake oil salesman.

Until my account at a Credit Union can take it and transfer it into real paper/coin money I could hold it's worthless to me.

Millions of people use cryptocurrency as currency. .
To buy drugs.

Is that all?
Can I use it to go buy this:

Or this?

Or this?

Oh? Major financial institutions like Citi, Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs don't accept crypto? Then it's worthless.

It's a shame that her coaches convinced her that she had great standup. She should have been working on wrestling the whole time.
That's not a great idea IMO. I am not saying she couldn't have benefited from some wrestling training but she had a bad knee which can get in the way of wrestling. Plus she is already a world class judoka so she's got some of the best takedowns in her division's history.

She should've worked on her stand up but with a coach who would actually help her improve. If she had a decent guard of some sort and could cut the cage and set up her entry to the clinch better with feints and punches she could've still been champion or at least held onto the belt longer.

Personally I miss Ronda. I was one of the many who reveled in her losses to Holm and Nunes because she got too big for her britches but in hindsight man she was great for the sport. Perfect WMMA champ, almost like a real WWE diva. Attractive enough, highly skilled, and she had her own unique style and even her own signature move that she could repeatedly catch. I kind wish she was still fighting but I get why someone who was at the peak of the sport would lose the desire to try and climb the mountain again.

You have Dennis Rodman on your list. Nobody knows what number he was. Just some lackey to Jordan with crazy hair and for some reason goes to North Korea now and then

Yeah I think Iverson's 3 is more iconic than Rodman.

Lebron and Kobe as names should be in the top 10 imo but since they changed jersey numbers I'd leave them off.

Um, can you explain this?
Apes are not skilled in the rational discussion of complicated topics. They excel at this type of thing:

Yes, and you can do so anonymously.

Ichiro and his 51 is pretty well known. I know he wore 31 when he was a Yankee because of the numbers link to I think Bernie Williams and he didn't want to rock the boat to get 51.

Observation. Front-page NYT stories on his performances. There was a hit pop song about him while he was active:

Stuff like that.

Here's the Times' obit, which gives some sense of how big he was: https://www.nytimes.com/1999/03/09/sports/joe-dimaggio-yankee-clipper-dies-at-84.html.

Jordan and Tyson were the most recent athletes who were as relatively famous as he was.

It's hard to comment on Dimaggio without actually having lived in that era.

Lebron James, though? Seems like quite the cultural icon. If we're going back to the past, I'd say you're leaving out some very prominent NFL players as well, like Joe Montana. If individual sport athletes are included as well, Tiger Woods has gotta be up there too.

Considering that she DID become a WWE diva and I had to relive her cringe again with even more promotion, you don't miss her that much. Trust me.
