but the default infraction is only 6 points, not a ban. However if it's clear from the context that it's not actually being used as a slur and the user has no history of similar infractions, they might even get away with a warning. Conversely obvious racism might result in an immediate ban.
There's all sorts of similar contextual differences. White belts don't get many chances. Retread accounts likewise. Accounts that have been here over a decade without issue get more leniency. There's a bunch of users that are ban on sight if they evade the autonomous systems.

Even posting porn. One user hot linked to an image and the website he linked to changed the image to porn. He was temporarily banned, but allowed back within a week.

That post made sense. He said it’s always against the rules but the punishment may vary based on the number of things he listed. Whether it’s a warning, a card or dubs, the point is to make the poster aware they broke a rule and to avoid doing it again.

Someone brought up the word filter and I make an effort to clarify as many times as possible that the filter isn’t there to use those words since they will just be censored. I think that still confuses people so I reiterate it when I can.

Did you not understand that? It's pretty straight forward. It's always against the rules, but the penalty varies according to context. Including both the context of the post and the context of the user history.

Yes, there are very few contexts where posting porn will result in anything but an immediate ban, but even for porn there's been exceptions.
Doxxing and porn are bans. Followed by revealing the content of PMs. Even for those rules though, there's still been contextual differences. Including whether the poster is allowed back.

Pretty sure we've already conclusively demonstrated that you're a great beneficiary of discretion in moderation. I suggest you lean into it and really test your clout here with a toe-on-the-line sort of post. Like porn, but animated porn. Or just screenshots of nipples that cannot be decisively determined to be female, etc.
