War Room Lounge v78: Figure someone will make a thread eventually.

They're talking about civil war if impeachment (not even removal) happens, and that's looking increasingly more likely by the day.

I think in the grand scheme of things, this is one of the issues that's a little lower on the wackadoo totem pole.
Please stop pretending that a shitty Washington Post headline is any less important than the world's leading democracy being in constitutional peril.

I think the Twitter hashtag illustrates the problem pretty well. Of course the headline isn't wrong, strictly speaking, but it's not what the guy was known for and what's relevant about him and his death.

Lol they are teeing off.

Think of the last three years as the gaslighting equivalent of chinese water torture.
You can't look at things like this headline, and other issues, as a drop of water, you have to look at them relative to the stage we're in.
There are already retards talking about taking up arms over impeachment, headlines like these are no longer things we can scoff at.

Mental illness the post personified.

Super bizarre doesn't even come close to how bad this is.
Not only does it provide a morsel of validation to Trump and his cult (one they will find a way to sustain themselves on for eternity), it lends credibility to Trump's war on the free press, again something Trump can use to continue to divide the country. This irresponsible gaslighting coupled with the stage 4 cognitive dissonance of the Trump cultists is a serious problem.

It's bad, but I don't see the Trump angle.

As it relates to Trump's war on the free press, particularly the WaPo, but also this is a pretty big deal getting this guy for the 5th time.
Just give the admin the credit, portray the guy as the evil villain that he was and move on. Now the Trumpets are all in a tizzy.

The correct term is Trumpanzee.

Yeah, getting the guy is good. I don't think anyone is disputing that or tying it to their opinion about Trump either way. In terms of his supporters getting in a tizzy, that happens on every day that ends in a "y," and needs little justification.

Agreed, but my point is that the media shouldn't still be having problems like this in the Trump era. They're doing themselves a disservice as well as the concept and trust associated with a free press.

Bulletproof was very funny...and wedding singer was a very sweet film.

Billy Madison had some great moments.

But shit like little nicky, that terrible murder mystery movie on Netflix, and 50 first dates...

All shit

Reign on Me, Spanglish, and Punch Drubk Love were all fantastic imo.

Not they started a crypto currency for funding.

Ah'.

It's a good show that just wore me out for some reason. I watched the first three seasons, and was like "Okay, I've had my fill", and just totally abandoned it for no particular reason. Had the same thing happen with "Mad Men".
