Good one. I like how you took what I said and recycled it. Very clever.

Maybe. The world works in mysterious ways...

Maybe. I think you just gotta learn to separate out what's serious and knowledgeable vs. what's entertainment. Give us any news story and we'll pick it clean in short order.
This forum being populated by fight fans makes for a unique discussion climate since that and not any one political or social leaning is the attraction coupled with the nature of fight fans. I just think to the first time observer it would be clear there is a lot more going on than they may have thought.

The intention was that, with a progression like "Never heard of that one but it sounds like something they would do...Who is that; sounds silly but plausible, maybe?...Oh, come the fuck on."

Yeah, that's right on. But because I bought the first and never heard of the second, took longer to reject the third one. I know three is kind of a magic number, but an additional escalation would hit me harder. Could just be me, though (kind of ignorant about music).

First of all, generic. If she wants the name brand, she can ride to Walmart herself.
<DisgustingHHH>

But then they got the one day, the seven day, the three day, the cream, the gel, the pill, the gel and cream and pill combination...

I don’t know what the fuck.

How am I supposed to know how much napalm we need to call in?

Holy shit that napalm line was fire.

There are like 20 of them lol. But to narrow it down to something practical, here's what I'm doing lately- this is the type of movement I'd like to maximize (I use all of these elements in my throw, even if mine are noobed-down versions it's the same motions), and I'll list the pains/limitations that are hitting me afterward.

Timestamped. Can slow it down from :28-:36 for a better look.

The right arm motion causes a dull pain in the upper rear shoulder, sort of like getting a dead-arm, but I feel it in both the joint and the arm muscle. The right (throwing) wrist gets "shocked" sometimes, with a pain radiating out from palm through my fingers. Both knees have some ACL stress building up after a month of doing this 3-5x a week.

None of these are super bad or need medical intervention, but basically I see that I'm headed for some problems here and want to start a routine that is low impact and gives me the best chance at avoiding or minimizing these sorts of stresses. I really don't know where to begin.

SKWATZ N MILK!!!11!1

<{JustBleed}>

How about swimming? The rear shoulder thing sounds like a rotator cuff, it's probably just weak and underdeveloped.

And how is the diet/weight? Maybe some of these things could be exacerbated by inflammation.

That Watchmen premiere... whoa.

i caught maybe the second half of it.

it didn't show me anyone i should care about. and i couldn't un-hear Riley's voice when Regina King was talking.

All fascist symbols are cool, that's why they use them. How many times have you heard some queefmonger prattle on about how cool the nazi uniforms were? ''TheY WeRe hUgO BoSs!''

It's all part of using the aesthetic to short circuit the rational. Soviet propaganda also did this to an extent, but without the concomitant ''entartete muziek/kunst'' horror shows. Soviet propaganda is quite kitschy as well.

Having a 99th percentile vocab, you know there are levels to this like BJJ black belts. We're pretty good with words, maybe get through a round at Worlds, but Jack is up there waiting for his match getting a shoulder rub from Carlson Gracie (or his ghost, or whatever). He's almost at the point where you just make up your own belt. And he'd probably say he's nowhere close to the best.
The competitive part of me responds to this with a strong desire to favorably compare myself until self-awareness takes over and reminds me almost no one knows as much as they think they know. Still, I'd like to think Oxford English Dana would say I'm in the mix.

Ok, so you're really going to need some flexibility or you're going to fuck yourself up.

Your aggressively torquing your spine, and if that's immobile it goes into your hips and to your knees where you're feeling it. Same thing on the way up right into your joints.

It's impossible to describe the stretches I'd recommend. But it looks like back Mobility is your starting point
If you can't describe them, can you provide an online reference? I'm also in pretty dire need of increase in flexibility and all around core strength. Also, I remember your tirade against yoga practitioners, but is it fair to say that's an option for an older person? Among other things, my back has been sending me warning signals for a while now and I would appreciate any suggestions.
