He wrote a book of soppy love poems, a story that was largely autobiography mixed with aspirational fantasy, and a book on how to win internet arguments with fallacies and tactics like the "gish gallop".
Strong proponent of capitalism, Ayn Rand and Libertarianism, but the business success he was always boasting about was all in his imagination.

Beat me to it.

Do you know how that happened? I'm always curious how people get doxxed. I've shared my personal social media in PM's before, so I accepted the chance of it happening but I also don't really care. I'm as advertised.

He posted part of something that he'd written and self-published online, and someone tracked it down. All his details were there as author.

Oof yeah that's just short-sightedness.

@Shoemaker, I think it had to do with the account that the Excel doc was posted from. Chauncey (who I believe was sloppypie) was the one who caught it.

I just told him that I didn't buy his mogul act (he claimed his annual income was $5M). He got enraged and I told him to drop it, but he kept pushing. Eventually, he posted a link to an Excel doc that he insisted was proof that he was for real, and I don't know the details, but the doc gave away his real identity. He had some self-published books (one of really emo poetry and another on winning arguments online) and was selling his services as a Russian tutor for $9/hr. It was sad, really, and I felt bad for him. He was one of the best right-wing posters, IMO.

Well, damn...that is pretty fucking embarrassing.

Reminds me of a poster in the boxing forum that was caught plagiarizing another poster's post and writing an article on it....

He ended up doing the biggest dick tuck in Sherdog history. Never came by again.

@Seano , do you remember who that was? My old age has sapped my memory

Hey, he's the one talking about meeting up and shit. I'm just telling him what the logical conclusion of that is.

Do you have a set or anything? Or just a rogue doing his own thing like Bobba Fett?

Ah okay. Reminds me of that guy who lost his shit a couple of years ago claiming that he was a millionaire from real-estate investments and ended up posting a bunch of screenshots from "his" bank account ledger. I don't think he got doxxed but people do some stupid stuff when others don't lick their ass immediately.

He was called Skretch or Scratch or something back then wasn't he? I thought it was a document or excerpt relating to the self-published books?
Might have it wrong, it all got wiped (including Chauncey) pretty quickly.

I don't recall the names in that first sentence. I do remember that Chauncey went through a few names. Pretty sure it was the Excel doc that led Chauncey to the self-published books (and a FB page).
