Well they’re idiots.

Lucky for you Louisana has amazing food. Totally unrelated I know.

Yeah, there shouldn't be any more pretensions about remote political principle on the right. Frankly, the conversation was always optimistic, but at this point it's just fantastical now that they're openly flaunting corruption, cheering on hypocrisy and non-accountability, and actively vying for permanent minority rule even though it's toward policies they largely do not support and which would not benefit them.

They're idiots.

The impeachment is coming. Funny enough people are bragging about "Congress not removing" no matter how deserved it is are only illustrating my point about the type of loser anti American cunts they are.

No it's not lol, what are you talking about?

Impeachment is coming, but the required vote in the senate is not. If we have learned anything in the last couple of years, it's that this sort of crime is perfectly okay with Republicans. Many will pretend to be "troubled" to the degree that it's required to hold their seats, and that will be the extent of it. There must be a worse crime for the Republican Party to take action.

Hey. So this is wear we sit VIP. HeH, Let me sit here.

all i want out of the impeachment, is for Trump to have to sit there and answer questions like Clinton did.

he does not know how to shut up, and he's going to lose his shit.

Imo being forced- forced- to sit down and answer questions would drive Trump batshit crazy. Not a man familiar with being on the other end of such a power dynamic.

@Drunken Meat Fist

Turns out, it's you that rots. There's all kinds of poetic rationalization about returning to the earth or whatever comes before it, pick your poe's-on, but there wasn't a questing knight or a spymaster, wasn't ever a rustic kabin in the woods. The hatchet, it didn't matter, didn't care about your neck or resting in the dirt. It was all and will always be addictions, coercive clubs, phony honor, ass kissing, all the stuff that's rationalized.

I know you lost it years ago, and maybe you don't need the kick in the ribs, but you're getting it. It's phony enough that saying it's phony isn't enough. There's no poetry, because there can't be.

It's just the dirt and the patch you'll eventually lay down on. No raven on the mad bust, no pilgrim shadow, no sepulcher by the sea. Just a pile of excuses for a pile of failures. And that's your legacy.

Cheers.

exactly.

it would be glorious

It's a nice sentiment, but he's more than familiar with depositions. I don't know how his new station atop Mt. Ego will affect it, but perhaps not as much as we'd want to think.

Having to actually account to his political enemies face to face is a different story though, particularly given they would be the boss of the situation. Can you imagine Trump having to sit and answer questions from congress? In person? It would be the circus to end all circuses.

He's also handy in a circus.

I would like to believe it but I'm not sure, especially after the last couple years has played out. I think there's a good chance it would be yet another clownish shitshow that accomplishes absolutely nothing, as half the country simply rejects objective reality. So what if he lies nonstop, or is incoherent? Those are virtues now.

this isn't some closed door thing, on camera, seen by his voting base, by his "haters", everyone.

sheeeeeiiiiit

Oh that's definitely all accurate
I'm just saying it would be extremely satisfying for us to see him blow a gasket while subject to forced scrutiny

So, ahhhhhhh,
@Cunningham

Where you at motherfucker?

I thought so. Now go get your fucking shinebox.
I don't know that AI will be some magic technology that saves the environment.. maybe it will be. Hopefully, it will be. But just like machine guns and chemical weapons ended up being pretty high up on everyone's apocalyptic danger radar in 1920 but were pretty far down it by even the 1950s.. Global warming seems dangerous now but it's at most going to end up being the machine gun of the 21st century. If AI continues to mature, it will pose more of a potential danger than global warming. If energy technology develops and every redneck has an antimatter engine in his truck, that's going to be more of a potential danger than global warming. If genetic engineering continues to develop to the point that you can program new life like a video game, that's going to be more of a potential danger than global warming. Etc etc etc.

If pretty much just any avenue of any currently rapidly developing technology develops just a bit past what we have now, the potential danger of global warming is going to seem like nothing by comparison. If I had to guess, I'd guess that all these technologies will continue to develop but it doesn't take a genius to guess that maybe just one will. Moreover, all of them offer triival solutions to global warming anyways; AI will be smart enough to make an intelligent solution, genetic engineering means we can just make a carbon eating germ thingy, and development of energy technology is.. well, green energy.

If global warming really does end up being the big thing that we have to worry about then the 21st century is going to be easy peasy lemon squeezy. I doubt that it will be though and all the alarmists getting super paranoid about it seem closed minded and unintelligent to me. Save your paranoia; other things that are going to happen in the 21st century probably need its attention more.

I’ve met Frank Trigg several times (long after his retirement) and he’s close to my size, a bit shorter but pretty bulky. But I walk around at like 230 lbs when I’m watching my weight lol he’s bigger than you expect a welterweight to be.

And I see Kendall Grove all the time, that’s another head scratcher.
How do you mean head scratcher? And is he living the dream as a "Former UFC Fighter"?
