This is when I wonder if you're a space alien visitor. I don't understand how humans can dislike cheddar.

I wouldn't say I dislike it (I definitely dislike American cheese), but it's not a very tasty or versatile cheese. I think Monterrey Jack and Colby are better.

Old parmesan, swiss gruyere (36 months preferably), north-sea cheese (Danish), hemp cheese (swiss
maker)... goat cheese can be good too, but it needs to be good old cheese.

Brie is good too, but you need to let it ripe and like most cheeses, let it out of the fridge for a couple of hours.

Gruyere is the shit!!! I was skeptical at first because I find fancy cheeses to be the epitome of bourgeois lifestyle, but god damn it's good

Trust me, whatever cheese you eat, don't eat it out of the fridge right away. It won't go bad if you leave it out for like 4 hours, cheese doesn't get bad quickly at all actually. Brie especially is unedible when cool, but you leave it half a day (covered), my god it's delicious.

I use the medium in soups but sometimes leave an extra sharp block to mold a bit more, just for value. Hooooo lawd.

Mostly true, but we are the gods of cheddar.

There are English sharp cheddars way better than tillamook. I mean, it’s great, but even cheddar is not something the USA does better.

The shakes are great, fries are great, and they have the best fast-food burgers, by a mile, at least of the major chains (lots of small chains like Pearl's, Shake Shack, or Grindhouse Killer that are as good or better).
