For what it's worth, she (and Elizabeth Warren) is right that Delaware is basically a corporate state that systemically undermines investors, consumers, and employees so that corporations will relocate there. With that said, she couldn't pick a more obscure topic that people care less about. This won't have any effect whatsoever on the election in those states.

Whatcha mean? It's a legit criticism: Biden has carried water for Delaware's corporate oligarchy. And the arcane customs of the Court in almost never allowing insights into its internal decision making is nearly as fucked up as its overall business model of racing to the bottom of shareholder and consumer rights to court business. It's just a really specific issue to raise in a national election.

If it's that clear, I don't see any reason why the footage had to be stitched together out of context to create the narrative (the Veritas dig was a bit over the top I admit). And the rich woman doing this is salty over an investment. Let's give her our condolences that she's not a big enough player to be part of Delaware's oligarchy.

Yeah, it definitely was weird that she felt the need to use footage of the Biden/Warren exchange. But, hey, quick footage of people talking in a court room and then the video pausing for dramatic effect on what they said is what sells. That's just showbiz, baby.

On the issue itself, I'm just going to default to Warren being right, standing up for the people, and Biden being wrong, as usual too slow to take a stance against a corporation for any reason.

LOL, it's not really a concern now. You could run a thread with 20k posts in it and it wouldn't matter. That's why I stopped caring about the OT sticky threads. This one could just run along with the SB stickies as well.
