Which was initially how the numbers would be clarified, to which I believe we settled, and I signed off...again...and then you had another problem with the bet, and then another, and another...

All because at the end of the day, you talked a big game, but backed out of several versions of a bet YOU proposed.

The point of clarification was that we were discussing unauthorized immigrants. My main concern was not including people who moved and voted in the wrong district or other technicalities that had nothing to do with the disagreement (Trump's crazy lie). I agreed to broaden the scope if you'd just admit that we were doing that, but you saw an opportunity for a cheap escape.

I think Trump probably won't win re-election, but my thinking on it at this time is that it's so close that a bet wouldn't prove anything, except that someone got lucky. That's the kind of bet I try to avoid. The ideal for me is when both sides are confident in their picks, but the picks are opposing.

Nothing comes to mind, but I don't know as much about your views as you probably know about mine. Maybe you can make a prediction related to your (I think absurdly false) belief that radical "SJWism" has taken over the mainstream left.

The point of a bet here is to attach consequences to a wrong belief. I think X is true, you think it's false. Let's check and see who is right. In our case (@HereticBD), X was that Trump was telling a ridiculous lie that even his most shameless or gullible supporters didn't believe when he said that 1-3 million unauthorized immigrants voted. A few thousand felons accidentally voting wouldn't invalidate that (though I'd still bet against it happening).

The person supposedly doxxed did not report it and even said he thought it was wrong the way it was reported, he actually offered to talk to Rup about it. A third party must have reported the joking to Rup and misrepresented what was actually happening
