1) Do you understand that "collusion" is not a legal term in this context?
2) Do you understand that the footnote in the Mueller Report is explaining that colloquially the legal term "conspiracy" is "largely synonymous" with the legal term "conspiracy"?
3) Do you understand that Mueller claimed in his testimony that the legal term "conspiracy" is not "largely synonymous" with the colloquial term "collusion"?
4) Do you understand that (3) and (2) are in contradiction?
I think you're misquoting me there. I think I wrote that he either didn't read it or was confused about its contents.You said that Mueller didn't even read the report ("clearly" even!) that he oversaw.
And earlier that he didn't write it, in a way that suggested that he was not overseeing its construction, alluding to a nutter right-wing CT.
Mueller would readily admit he didn't write it. That was not his job.
My comment only "suggested" that to you, as you see phantom "right-wing conspiracies" all around you at all times.
