Mr Jack, let's take this slowly.

1) Do you understand that "collusion" is not a legal term in this context?

2) Do you understand that the footnote in the Mueller Report is explaining that colloquially the legal term "conspiracy" is "largely synonymous" with the legal term "conspiracy"?

3) Do you understand that Mueller claimed in his testimony that the legal term "conspiracy" is not "largely synonymous" with the colloquial term "collusion"?

4) Do you understand that (3) and (2) are in contradiction?

You said that Mueller didn't even read the report ("clearly" even!) that he oversaw.
I think you're misquoting me there. I think I wrote that he either didn't read it or was confused about its contents.

And earlier that he didn't write it, in a way that suggested that he was not overseeing its construction, alluding to a nutter right-wing CT.

Mueller would readily admit he didn't write it. That was not his job.

My comment only "suggested" that to you, as you see phantom "right-wing conspiracies" all around you at all times.

My top 3 dogs are:
1) French Bulldogs
2) Whippets
3) Wheaten Terriers

Here are some pics of my whippet girl, Sunflower aka Sunny

Here she is feeling proud of the mole she caught behind the house:

I never would have looked twice at a Whippet, but my gf's dog is half and she's one of the most pleasant animals I've ever met. Extremely intelligent, always eager to please, and perfectly comfortable lounging around the house for hours so long as she gets to sprint after a ball for 30mins twice a day. Very impressed, though I should qualify that there may be some border collie in her.

I'm beholden to Goldens because I've had 2. Would throw up Great Pyrenees and Bernese to round out the top 3.

Really I instantly love any dog that doesn't have a gargoyle face or look like a mop. I mean I love those ones too, it just takes me a second sometimes.

@Kafir-kun

Are you not concerned with Elizabeth's vote for a $700 billion Pentagon bill or her efforts on behalf of General Dynamics and Raytheon? Our bloated military is a huge issue, and Elizabeth is on the wrong side of it. Sanders is much stronger in this area.
Sure that's a fair concern but no candidate is perfect.

Here's the exchange:

COLLINS:In the colloquial context, known public context, collusion -- collusion and conspiracy are essentially synonymous terms, correct?
MUELLER: No.
COLLINS: If no, on page 180 of Volume 1 of your report, you wrote, "As defined in legal dictionaries, collusion is largely synonymous with conspiracy as that crime is set forth in the general federal conspiracy statute, 18 USC 371."
MUELLER: Yes

I think you're misquoting me there. I think I wrote that he either didn't read it or was confused about its contents.

So you withdraw the batshit crazy claim that he might not have read the report and are only saying that he didn't have the whole 450 pages memorized?

Mueller would readily admit he didn't write it. That was not his job.

My comment only "suggested" that to you, as you see phantom "right-wing conspiracies" all around you at all times.

I'm going to call bullshit on this. This is what you said: "Did you see the part of the Mueller hearing in which Rep. Collins caught Mueller in a blatant contradiction? Brutal. It's pretty clear Mueller didn't write his own report."

But now you're saying that you only meant that he oversaw rather than wrote the report, as everyone knows, and thus that there was nothing unusual or blameworthy about the process and that it was represented correctly to the public?

Sure that's a fair concern but no candidate is perfect.
What are your top three political issues? I think the bloated and wasteful military should be in everyone's top three, especially for those (like Sanders and Warren) who believe in increased domestic spending.

@Jack V Savage

Try responding to each of these four points first. Then I will respond to your response.

He's a broken man
I think he realized being a regular right wing poster was getting him nowhere. So he decided to adopt a troll gimmick, and he just keeps amalgamating more, and is no close to hitting full Ripskate "aw shucks, I am just a jesus lover" bullshit to spew his sexism, racism, etc...

Wealth inequality, climate change, and military interventionism.

Monopoly is a gateway drug into politics. This is how War Roomers are made.
The question is where he goes from this point: Does he become an autistic Libertarian or triggered Socialist?

Is this auto-playing for other people too?

I also made a mistake in calling him a man
Last I checked, the transition was incomplete

I learned Judo in the basement down there. We would have inter-club competitions with the other Hongwanjis on the different islands. Back in the day they used to crank out excellent judoka. Hopefully still the case.
Lmao
We’re not Japanese at all. Judo and the kids’ school is the reason we go to Honpa instead of a Chinese or Zen/Chan Buddhist temple. Yes it’s still a place for judo!
@Gregolian

Edit: not to say we don’t love the people and community there too. Great people and we love our Japanese community and even customs now too.

Military interventionism is also among my top issues. I think Sanders is infinitely better than Warren there. Warren votes for these horrible Trump/McConnell NDAAs, while Sanders consistently votes against. I'm not at all convinced that Warren wouldn't get roped into more interventions as president, while I'm confident Sanders has the strength of conviction to both avoid intervention and veto bloated military budgets.

I understand that Collins asks Mueller if the terms are synonymous in a colloquial context, and Mueller says no. Then Collins points out that Mueller's report says that "As defined in legal dictionaries, collusion is largely synonymous with conspiracy as that crime is set forth in the general federal conspiracy statute, 18 USC 371," which Mueller confirms.

And then dishonest partisans who want to defend Trump's reputation after the devastating findings of the report concocted a crazy CT around that exchange--suggesting that Mueller is a patsy for the evil people on his team who are trying to take Trump down (note that the same people previously insisted that the report *cleared* Trump!). You called the exchange "brutal" and very much seemed to be advancing that CT, but now you're just saying, nah, Mueller obviously did the job he said he did, which didn't entail being the sole author, and that he didn't memorize the whole report, which kind of makes the whole exchange (i.e., between us) pointless. We agree that Mueller directed the investigation and the construction of the report, right?

I mean, I already said that Sanders is my top candidate so yeah I agree he'd be great for the country. Certainly a much needed correction after the current dumpster fire of an administration.

Yeah, aesthetics is traditionally more associated with visual arts like painting and sculpture than actual people but the human body is the inspiration for a substantial amount of art. I think the female shape is inherently more beautiful and generally attractive but it also largely comes as is; there's less of a canvas there to work with, to shape and perfect. In terms of 'artistic' detail, the masculine form BTFO feminine. It's Vitruvian Man, not woman.

Bob Marley's son is playing at Manua Kea.

I wonder if that dipshit knows damn near 4/5 of the state residents are in favor of the telescope. I guess only 1 in 5 residents is a true Hawaiian.

We won’t take this lying down!
No justice! No peace!

@PolishHeadlock2 will give you a like.

Here you go Polish. Don't worry, I'll limit myself to one a day.

Sure but I think there is a reasonable chance (though I am uncertain) that the Trump presidency will result in less regime-change wars than a Warren presidency would. I think Gabbard would be strong on this point as well. A lot of people made the mistake of thinking Obama was a peace candidate, then he got roped into a bad regime-change intervention (NB that NYT reporting indicates that Hillary Clinton was the primary voice nudging him in that direction) and he also carried out an unfortunate troop surge in Afghanistan and a massive expansion of drone strikes.

You could engineer like...a jack in the box trashcan that would traumatize him into an irrational fear of garbage cans.

He doesn't really fear anything besides me talking through cylinders (like paper towel and wrapping paper rolls).
