Porterhouse was the clear winner here, but among those like Trotsky who don't understand cuts of meat and the others who cant afford or live near a place that serves Porterhouse, sadly it will take second place. For shame, The T-Bone is a great cut as well, two steaks in one.

You have an option at the bottom. They're actually pretty tasty and a decent substitute for a real burger.

I can understand picking t-bone, but it's a bit much most of the time.

Ribeye is the perfect portion and the best flavor.

Ribeye is the best p4p steak. Porterhouse is overpriced/overrated.
 
Skirt and flank take marinades the best. When done right, they're both amazing. Give them a shot.

To each his own (and flat-iron, or what @Ruprecht would call oyster blade is in the mix with those two). If it's simpler, I like tenderloin or tri-tip (better alternative to brisket).
 
Fawlty, you actually have done very good work here. Exposed a ton of guys in terms of steaks and cut of meat haha.

Yes, I have had a good rib eye, I know what they are. I frequent steakhouses.

A bit much? So my comment about you not eating meat etc was accurate? Can't finish a t-bone or porterhouse?
