I don't know hardly any of these. My mom made sirloin and ribeye growing up. I generally preferred sirloin of the two I think.
 
I'll just take this egregious skulduggery for a one-time outpouring of beef enthusiasm.
 
I almost for some of the egregious choices like beef for kabob.
