Opened it fearful of a big increase, as I was able to successfully talk the landlord down 75 bucks from their initial rent price. And we had no intention of moving out this year. They definitely had the opportunity to shaft us.

Very pleasantly surprised to see rent only going up $25 per month for the next year.
