That's the only thing that really challenges my feelings about it, the state of our knowledge about their guilt. As an individual case, Bundy or BatTurd could each be put to death in a botched, painful execution and I wouldn't feel bad for them at all. I would oppose that on principle only.

I consider that to be a lack of compassion on my part, though. And my feeling about that can vary as my mood varies, which is a big red flag to me, and pulls me back toward the principle.

I watched The Innocent Man on Netflix and that shit is pretty crazy.

The one guy was a like a week from execution before getting a Stay and being acquitted due to the advances in DNA testing.

We've been having crazy wind up here in Holland all week. Saw some jabronis get blown right off their bikes today.

I work in a tall isolated building that is oriented just so that the wind hits it at an oblique angle, which diverts and concentrates the wind on one side of the building. There's a bike path that runs right in front of it. So you go from being shielded from the wind to getting blasted by a dyson blade like wind when you ride in front of it. Gets 'em every time.

also is there such a thing as gender based hate crime laws on the books ? and if so, what if a trans woman (born male) assaults a born female and it is in some way clear that the assault was misogynistically motivated.
