War Room Lounge V30: Cemeteries are not Restrooms

Haha, those are fake tweets. No, the firebrand of the left didn't say that ISIS members are more of heroes than American soldiers.

Come on, mang.

On a related note, though, if the political right ever does get even a loose handle on nuance and modesty with their lies and disinformation we're all doomed. Because they're already killing it with this obviously fake crap.

My question is just how fucking stupid does someone have to be to fall for that shit? That's functionally retarded level.

Yeah, the last time War Room posters started reporting/complaining about OT posts/threads didn't turn out so well.

<{ByeHomer}>

We were talking about the Ruth's Chris wine-pairing dinner I was at last night. Five courses with a glass of wine for each. Refills on demand. A pre-dinner Mai Tai. And the few beers between work and dinner.

A lady at our table got all fucked up. My wife had to help her go to the bathroom and get her in their car.

Never been but would like to go sometime. Anything steak focused is where I’m willing to spend more money on. Like a Brazilian steakhouse is always a great time.

Well, at least those look real (and TeTe fell for it, and he's certainly of greater intelligence than the median citizen). Millions have fallen for much, much worse.

Its @Anung Un Rama. And there are literally like 5 people on this forum who share that opinion of me and they're all phony assholes. You're one of the 5 of course.

Who are the other 4? Also, you did come off as a little hot in the biscuit in the Sanders thread. I don't think Fawlty is necessarily a fan, as he was a Clinton supporter and of course should be made to atone for those sins, but there weren't any objective bases that I could see to say that was a hit job of any sort on Sanders. I would think he would know that posters like myself would smite him with the holy power of Father Marx if he did that.

Fogo De Chao ftw......

I'm kind of the opposite when it comes to restaurants.

I can make a great steak myself so when I go out I like to get French or good Italian

I think there should be a "Recent Bannings Sticky" where information about high profile bannings and relevant portions of those threads are reposted.

In fact, if I were PotWR, I'd make it happen.

Just saying.

@Cubo de Sangre
@voters

I shamefully admit I came close to getting banned once. I was going off the rails at uow stupid you have to be to believe the hood version of the Michael Brown shooting. You know, where they said Brown was just chilling and minding his own beeswax when the offiicer opened the door of his car and it rebounded off innocent bystander Michael Brown and hit the officer, and that's what precipitated the shooting.

<YeahOKJen>

Let's just say I was proven right on that one.

I mean, I’m cooking steak tonight actually. A Brazilian steakhouse though you get a ton of cuts to eat all at once. Italian can be a good choice. I really like sushi and made my own rolls last week. Hoping I keep doing it til it feels fairly easy to make a bunch

Trying to come up with questions to ask the people interviewing me for a job tomorrow besides the usual:
"Even if I am not selected to be offered the position will I get a 'no'?"

and

"If I am selected when is the start date?"

My fave is asking "if five of your friends were here and I asked them to talk about you, what would they say?"

Overheard, employee training at sub shop:

"And would you like that on white or large?"

_silence_

"I'm sorry would you like that on large or wheat?"

*laughter*

I'm not going to name names. They know who they are.

And I was hot. Its being passionate. I'm not yelling at kids to get off my lawn, or looking for a scrap. I said in a post (in this thread or another) that I'm tired of the passive aggressive thinly, or not so thinly, anti-Sanders threads/ posts made by posters who try to portray themselves as "progressive" or "liberal" while also promoting an establishment agenda. I do see that thread as just that. Maybe it was done so subconsciously, but when you see a trend of posts/ threads like that over several years you stop rationalizing that stuff. If the thread was really about discussing what electibility is; lets be honest, its not some super obscure philosophical term - it is what it is, then why connect it to any one particular candidate? You know that thread would never have been linked to Clinton or Biden.

Yeah, a random insult of someone who noticed that you're a hateful guy is a good way to prove him wrong.
What is random about calling you an asshole? I'd say that has been the adjective most consistently used to describe you for the last 8 years or so. That and liar.
