The only thing it has to do with Christmas was that it's set during Christmas.
It was dropped in July, making it a summer blockbuster.
None of the other Die hard movies are Christmas related.

I has been applied to chattel but it is an admittedly high bar. The closest case on point is a district court judge from my neck of the woods who granted a preliminary injunction against the State of CA on the new magazine law. Opinion here

Based on the cases the district relied on I think we have a shot because here the bump stocks need to be destroyed. That said this is our weakest claim but we only need to win on one claim.
