That power doesn't really exist and I've already learned through experience they don't give a shit about my opinion when it comes to un-banning someone. What's causing the confusion is some posters were un-banned in the past and the President/mods at the time went along with the ruse of it being at the discretion of the President. I'd love to be able to pardon people. Sorry.
