You can always get a bit more money with higher seniority. But real differences in pay come with promotions (better to have a chimney then) or a new job.

Your average human being is the same regardless of race. We all just want the basics. To be loved, to be respected, to help those that we call friends and to have safety. Sure, certain things lead to crime and bullshit but given the option any sane person would choose to be a family man that respects and loves his community
