So what are your stuffing recipes (if they aren’t secret?)

I’m not afraid of anything, I’m realistic, I’m barely 5 feet tall and will not survive an apocalyptic type environment without someone taking care of me.

Make friends, Sara.

No it isn’t. The turkey is the worst part. The stuffing, homemade perfect mash potatoes, perfect mashed sweet potatoes. my mom makes a homemade cabbage coleslaw thAts amazing. And this chopped mushroom dish she makes that’s amazing. Plus homemade biscuits. All better than the turkey.
Lol @ homemade slaw being better than turkey

your mom can’t cook, Turkey is amazing, don’t bog down everyone’s thanksgiving with your store-bought Whitetrash Buffet™ nonsense

Your palate is as tone def as your ears !

And I talked about my stuffing a few posts ago. That shits awesome

Nah my palate is refined and I like diversity of foods and flavors. That’s a sign of a good palate. Disliking mushrooms is a sign of an unrefined palate.

I’ll be found wandering by some hunter type man and cared for or I’ll die of dehydration, exposure or be murdered for my bottled water.

Sucks to suck, midget

If I wasn't just getting over being sick I woulda done that too.

I told Mrs gutter next weekend well have Thanksgiving

Even when its just me and her I always cook a monster bird. Its been a tradition with me for as far back as I can member. My mom would take me grocery shopping and I swear I'd check every bird til I found the biggest one they had. My mom couldn't seem to get me to stay out of the kitchen when I was young so instead she taught me how to do everything. Thanksgiving always been a big tradition for me.
I'm leaving the food on their porches just to be safe. With my moms immune system the way it is taking no risks

Love when that coincidentally happens with something I'm doing. Makes me smile.
The coincidences really do keep piling up. There's got to be a story in there somewhere. It's fun to groove over how things seem to work out so often, but what's cool about it is it's a great sanity gauge. If I start taking it too seriously I know I'm also starting to check out and it's time for drastic action. Kind of like having a reference image in a lucid dream, which, uncoincidentally, is what my whole life seems to be. Good times.

This is another one of those objective subjective things I keep bringing up. I have no idea how unusual it is--I'm not trying to come across as some savant--but I know it's not illusory. My emotional side is free to groove along feeling kinda special and enjoying the fruits of these random occurrences while my logical self just sits back and goes, yeah but nah, dude, cool yes, parapsychological, nuh unh. If that control starts to slip and I begin to think I'm getting signals from a higher power or some shit, it's time to get help.

Semi-related story that I think is pretty hilarious. Via the PVR catching up on Jeopardy episodes with the missus (I couldn't deal with watching for a while after Trebek died, weird as that sounds) and one contestant is really this tiny Asian woman with a high pitched voice who spoke really fast, so it sounded like the audio was on fast forward, and I correctly picked her to win before the game started because I wanted more laughs. In her interview that show or the next one, can't recall for sure, she talked about being a finalist in the Bulwer Lytton Fiction Contest, which I brought up on here just the other day, as you may recall.

Keeps life interesting.
